Hey everyone :)
The skeleton key rooms that came out a little while ago are still just as cool as back then. The Ra is really easy, but fun to do when you are bored on the game! :P So here are some little throwback tips! Enjoy!
Deck Set Up
Deck set up is nothing new if you read my page, just the little low-level deck ;) Health is incredibly low and if you are a level 25, you still won't have much of a problem. If you are lower, just be sure to add in heals & shields. If you are high (40+) this deck strategy will do. Simple enough? :P This dungeon is honestly fun to tease sometimes lol! You think "ooh! The big and powerful Ra!" Start your first round, and you'll be bound to think differently lolz XD
Not anything I would want, except for the good snack. The robe is nice for a low level wizard, though. Mummy is kind of cool looking too ;P I remember my other char had (might still have) that mummy and some of my old friends and I would use the mummy transformations and play tag XD When someone transformed, I took the item up so it looked like they became alive lol And when the transform ended, I'd put it back out. So much fun :D Sweet memories x sighs x
I hope you decide to go out and do the Ra Skeleton Key Room. You need a wooden key. It's located in the Krokotopia library :) Have a great Sunday, enjoy the rest of the weekend. For some of you, enjoy your last week(s) of Summer. I miss it a lot i:

Master Guide: Farming for The Kestrel Hairstyle! Very Easy! Farm King Amadeo from Crab Alley for hair!!
Farming for a hairstyle? Seems pretty bizarre, right? There are many hairstyles you can farm for, but one I find particularly easy is The Kestrel. All you have to farm is Rank 2 boss King Amadeo from Crab Alley! Here's an easy guide to do so with deck set-up, tips, and a estimated drop rate :)
The Kestrel, 350 crowns from the Crown Shop
Very similar to Rattlebones, Amadeo is a super easy boss to farm for having 385 health and low-level spells. He doesn't even have a mob! :D I recommend farming this boss if your level 20 or up solo. (You have to be at least level 12 to enter anyway.) If you are below, I'd suggest possibly going with a friend. If you're lower you will also have to collect health every time before re-entering.
You can find the king's palace in the back of Crab Alley (map shown below). Easy to get to but yes, sadly you need membership to enter the Alley i: The pricing however to get Crab Alley, Deep Warrens, and Wailing Caverns is 750 crowns, so for nonmembers that is an option :)
I do this deck with all Wizard City farming bosses, and its a fairly simple strategy that works every time :)
1. Buy a cheap deck (I use the level 15 school ones) and call it "Wizard City Deck" with the icon in the top left corner of the deck page.
2. Add in 5 pip or less spells in max copies (I use cyclops, 3 pips) and max copies of enchants. If you don't have enchants (gargantuan, etc.) as a learned spell, you can go learn it from Celestia, buy it in tc, or put in blades. I favor enchants and they are something every wizard should have. They are no pip, don't take a round, and make a difference :D Check out The Untold Spiral's post on What Astral Spells To Train and Not To Train for advice :)
Nothing has a real drop rate, but usually when I farm I get it within 50-70 tries. It takes about an hour if you're very quick, however it may take around 90 minutes.
1. Is the hair dye-able? No, unfortunately the hairstyle is not dye-able in farming. What you get is what you get. Usually, the hair will match at least one character. Or you can buy a party outfit that matches it. The hair may not match the char you were farming for it with, but it should match at least 1/6. The hairstyles come in all variety of colors. I have black kestrel and dark pink and they both matched a char. I also have a light pink in owl and a brown in cha-cha that were also farmed for and fit a char :)
Have fun farming this week :) You might find me in Crab Alley lol Hope you guys enjoyed another fun and exciting post! Look forward to more soon! :)

Fast & Easy Tips & Sources - Low Level Lost Pages Farming Guide: Kestrel Blackstorm, Spellwrit Screamers
The Lost Pages Event is great for farming, especially low level wizards. In this guide post, I will be giving tips to farming Kestrel Blackstorm and the Spellwrit Screamers for low level wizards :) Enjoy!
Click here for the quest line!
1. Level: Your level matters what drops you get. If you are a max farming Kestrel Blackstorm, it's way too easy so the drops are set to where you won't get much. I recommend levels 29 and below farming the screamers and Kestrel.
2. Go in with a team! Teams are always a lot of help. Go in with 2 or 3 friends and you should be perfectly fine :) If you are level 20-29, you could probably
solo, but I'd bring in a buddy in case. Anyways, with another wizard it goes faster! :)
Very easy to farm and found roaming the streets in Triton Avenue, they drop the Spellwrit Screamer pets along with furniture and pet snacks that would be handy to a low level :)
Click here for the drop list.
The first fight to get to this boss is made up of the simple spellwrit screamers. After that, you're already at Kestrel. She will be accompanied by a rotting fodder.

Lookout for a summer house glitch coming soon!
Today, I've got a handy post for you about a common hobby for us wizards, farming! May the 12th was my 4th Anniversary of playing the game YAY so over the past few years I've gotten experience with all types of farming bosses. For the lower level wizards, here are some tips and tricks that all of you should know!
Most people questing in Polaris have found that their level 100 gear is better than the 110 gear. They don't find good gear dropped from bosses. Lots of wizards, including me, have become aware of this drop situation that some exalted and prodigious wizards are not happy about. In Avalon, I often found wonderful level 78 gear & even rings and athames. It must be a change Wizard101 has made. However, I have narrowed it down to my top 2 mobs and bosses you can farm for pets that are actually decent.
The mob of drops the Inspector General drop the Glacier Dragon pet (not the hatched one, since the Polaris update you can get it as first generation). It has a pedigree of 54 and would be useful to ice or death because of its Tower Shield Pet Ability and skeleton dragon card you can get at baby. They also drop White Winter Owl & Snowball pets according to starsofthespiral.blogspot.com. Any level can get into Polaris Harbor as long as you port to somebody there.
These mobs of Sea Lion drop the Ice Bird, Glacier Dragon, Nodori Winged Ram, & White Winter Owl!!
Ice Bird = I wouldn't shoot for this pet in particular because of its low 38 pedigree, but if you do win it you can sell it (view the category pets and find the post on how to do this) or you can give it to one of your lower level wizards 1-25. After 25, you will probably need a better pet.
Glacier Dragon = This pet with a 54 pedigree would be useful for a ice or death because of its Tower Shield Pet Ability and skeleton dragon card you can get at baby.
Nodori Winged Ram = It would be pretty awesome if you won the Nodori Winged Ram. I love it because it is cute, a crowns pet, has a pedigree of 61, AND has the Biting Cold (may cast Balefrost), Armor Breaker (pierce), and Defender (critical block) pet abilities!
White Winter Owl = My friend won a 57 pedigree white winter owl after a few tries. This is one of my favorite pets. It will always give Guardian Wall at teen and has a chance to get other amazing traits! They seem pretty easy to get!
The penguin boss Inspector Clooso drops lots of amazing pets as well. There is the Arctic Ninja Pig, Ice Bird, Intrepid Seal Pup, Polar Bear Cub, & White Winter Owl!!
Artic Ninja Pig = This cute pet has a pedigree of 61 and as well has Guardian Wall and cool Fortify which gives you a fortify item card!
Ice Bird = Look at Sea Lions
Intrepid Seal Pup = My very very favorite Polaris pet! Not only is it adorable, it has a 72 pedigree and is an awesome fire pet because it has ALL level 3 and 4 traits (too many to name)! Check out this awesome pet that is totally worth farming for!
Polar Bear Cub = We all are very fond of the Polar Bear Cub pet that you can get from the Winterbane Bundle. Now, this little 59 pedigree viking has come to Polaris! I love the Snow Heal for You (may cast Snow Drift) and Ice Dealer ability! Plus, it's so cute!
White Winter Owl = Look at Sea Lions
From reading my opinions, I hope you are arranging your schedule to find time to farm the Sea Lions and Inspector Clooso! I wish you lots of luck on farming for your dream pet from Polaris!
