Housing tutorials, guides, reviews, and more
It is easy to identify hidden rooms in houses as long as you look for one thing: the difference. It could be a marking, a feature, or just anything that makes it stand out! Well, here are some of them, and their differences!
Thanks to Ashley Dream for inspiring this tutorial for everyone. Thank you Ashley for also showing and explaining the differences in your houses!!!
If you look toward the top, there is a marking going through the ice. It's a crease in a curved line, starting from the top, curving down and going back up. This is outdoors, and it leads to a private fishing hole.
There is another indoors... (hint: ice doesn't reveal it)
The trees pop out and surround this one.
And inside that, it's the rocks that show it, plus the dimmer light on the rocks.
The cracks give this one. They all connect in the center, right where my narwhal is
The treetrunk curves in, kind of like a hand pointing to the low path.
This is just simply a building that stands out. If you compare it to the other sides, you'll see why
On the other side, the rock is broken, allowing a path into the big hedge.
Dino Bundle House
Here, the markings are different from the other walls. And, it's a dead end.
The rocks on the left all have cracks. The rocks on the far right don't. The cracked rocks show this passage.
No rocks here, that's definitely a passage, just waiting to be walked through. This is also darker, while the rocks are lighter.
Same thing here as the last one.
Winter Wind Tower
What do you think shows that this is a passage? If you said either the rocks pop out or it is darker (or both) then you are correct! (The plant plots are Ashley's, she put them down lol that's not the hint to the passage).
It is lightness here. Gray white vs pure white. Pure white is the passage.
Here that same thing occurs.
So I hope you enjoyed these tips and seeing the passages. There are soooo many more to look at and explore. Hidden rooms are awesome. A tourist of your house might just walk past, and not even know what is in there! Thanks again to Ash for inspiring this :)
